Also, I don't know if you care about this, but I was thinking:
Nodoka - 1st year, 16 years old - (family has lots of money for schooling)
Touka - 2nd year, 16 years old - (family has lots of money for schooling) why isnt she a 1st year?
Koromo - 2nd year, 17 years old - why isnt she a 3rd year if Touka is a 2nd year?
And also: does Usuzumi Hatsumi have panties on or not?

That means she was born 4 days earlier than Touka.
So they are same school years.
Japanese version didn't refer to their age.
But we can guess, Nodoka is 15years old and Touka&Koromo are 16.
Because the championship in which they are joining is held in summer(June-August(JPN)).

Ah I see. I got stuck on the idea that Koromo meant she was born a year before Touka, during episode 19. Hehe my bad. Also I Didn't realize that Touka idolized a girl that was a year younger than her though.
